Janet Carruthers is the CEO of BizCentral USA and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner. She has a diverse background primarily working in public and corporate accounting, business development, training and the law enforcement/intelligence community. Afterretiring from the Small Business Administration (SBA), Janet became the CEO of BizCentral USA helping thousands of small businesses reach their goals through business certifications.

Carruthers is a national speaker for civic groups and non-profit organizations on business development, entrepreneurship, and financial fraud. Her passion is helping businesses that are owned, operated and controlled by disadvantaged groups obtain the certifications they need to grow and succeed.
